Cepillo Ridge offers an amazing selection of three and four-bedroom housing designs to accommodate the size of your family. You select the new home floor plan you want, and we build it. If you act quickly, you have the option to select the lot/address that you want in the subdivision.

​Each house plan is designed for each type of homeowner. Whether you are a growing family, or one who enjoys hosting guests, or you work from home, there is a floorplan in the community designed for you.
 
All designs offer an open floorplan (this means there are no walls that separate living/kitchen/dining areas.) Walls make an area feel cramped and gives the impression of a much smaller home. Open floor plans have become the most popular designs in home design in the last few years because they offer the look and feel of a larger space and include many living spaces where the family can spend most of their time together.

​3 Bedroom /2 Bath – 1510 sq feet

This floorplan as a decent 16 x 16 sized living room with a 10 x 11 dining area. The 15 x 13 master bedroom has a walk-in closet adjacent to the master bath. Bedroom two is 12 x 11 and has a good-sized walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 is 10 x 11. This floorplan has a 19 x 21 two car garage and a 13 x 8 patio.

This floorplan has a large 18x18 living room with a 10x11 dining area. The master bedroom is 16x14 with a large walk-in closet off the double-vanity sink master bath. Both secondary bedrooms are about the same size 12x13 and 12x14. It has a wide 19x23 two car garage. This floor plan has a 19x10 patio and a large 16x11 front porch.

The spacious 21x21 two car garage is ideal for the family van or SUV. This home has a 17x7 patio and a 12x11 front porch.

This floorplan had the homeowner in mind. It has a 17x19 living room and a 12x11 dining area. The master bedroom is 14x15 with a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms two and three are 10x11, both with walk in closets. The 11x12 study is ideal for a gameroom, a child’s play area, or a fourth bedroom. The two-car garage is 20x21. The patio is 18x9 and the front porch is 12x7.

This floor plan has a large 19x16 living room and 13x12 dining area. The master bedroom is 16x14 and has two separate walk in closets. Bedroom two is 12x11 with a walk-in closet, bedroom three is 12x12, and bedroom four is 9x11. The two-car garage is 20x20. This plan also has a large 20x10 patio, perfect for those family barbecues and other outdoor gatherings.


Plan #5519 - 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bath – 1588 sq feet

This floorplan has room for the whole family. It has a 15X18 living room and attached dining area. The large master bedroom is 13x15 with a large walk-in closet and private master bath. Bedrooms two and three are 11x10 and 11x12, both with large closets. The second bathroom is centrally located between the bedrooms as is the laundry room on the opposite end of the house. The 10x13 study is ideal for an office, a child’s play area, or a fourth bedroom. The two-car garage is 21x21. The back patio is 15x10 and the front porch is 13x5.

All our 80’ x 150’ lots begin with an engineered slab with pressure treated toe plates. This is a protective measure for the structure. It prevents wood rot along the portion of the frame that meets the concrete.
 
The roof is as important as the foundation. All homes have a synthetic roof overlayment followed by Tampco Dimensional roof shingles. A 3” spray foam insulation around the living area helps regulate temperature which lowers energy costs.
 
The in-between brings it all together; quality matters. Your Cepillo Ridge home is constructed with Stucco and/or stone siding. In addition to increasing curb appeal, this type of siding has many benefits:
